Event Setup and Breakdown
All packages include setup and breakdown of the charm pop-up bar. Setup will occur approximately 30 minutes before the event start time, and breakdown will begin immediately after the event ends. Additional charges may apply for extended setup or breakdown times.
Guest Count Limitations
The guest count for each package is specified in the package description. Additional guests beyond the package limit may incur extra charges and require prior arrangement. For accurate pricing and availability, please inform us of any expected changes in guest count at least one week prior to the event.
Charm Selection and Customization
Charm selections are based on availability. Custom charms or additional personalization requests may require extra time and cost. We strive to accommodate all requests but cannot guarantee the availability of specific charms.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling of events must be made at least 14 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling requests will be subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Additional Costs
Any additional services or upgrades not included in the package description, such as extra charms, extended hours, or customized decorations, will be billed separately. A detailed quote will be provided for any additional requests before confirmation.
Event Duration
Each package includes a specified duration for the event. Additional time beyond the included duration will be billed at an hourly rate. Please ensure that the event schedule accommodates setup, activity, and breakdown within the allotted time.
Damage and Loss
Clients are responsible for any damage to or loss of charm bar equipment or materials during the event. Any damages or missing items will be assessed and billed accordingly.
Health and Safety
All staff adhere to health and safety protocols. If any guest has specific health or safety concerns related to the charm-making activity, please inform us in advance so that we can accommodate special requirements.
Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the event date. Payment terms and methods will be outlined in the contract agreement.

cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Notice

Cancellations must be made in writing via email charmpopparty@gmail.com.
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of any deposits paid.

2. Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking amount.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
A rescheduling fee may apply, and any changes to the original booking date will be treated as a new booking, potentially affecting pricing and availability.

4. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the cancellation confirmation.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take additional time depending on your financial institution.

5. Event Cancellation by Us

If Charm Pop Party Co must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued.
Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule the event at no additional cost, subject to availability.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not available for partial cancellations or if guests fail to attend.
